Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days with the receipt of purchase if it has not been worn, altered, and has original tags. Reimbursement will be made in the original amount and method of payment or store credit. For chucksboots.com web orders, a $10.00 flat-rate return fee will be applied to ALL returns not involving a defective item or a fulfillment error.
ALL SALE items, novelty helmets, and headware may be returned, within 60 days with receipt, for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGED ONLY.

Any items that show signs of wear, alterations, or missing original tags CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Footwear may be exchanged or returned if the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend wearing footwear on carpeted surfaces to ensure a correct fit.
Purchases made October 1 through December 30 have an extended return period of 90 days from the date purchased. All other terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy apply.
-WARRANTY- All manufacturers of footwear carried by Chuck’s Boots (with the exceptions of Wesco and Cougar Paw) offer a one-year prorated warranty for defects and a six-month prorated warranty for waterproof defects. Chuck’s Boots sends defective merchandise to the manufacturer for evaluation (per manufacturer requirements). These decisions may take up to eight weeks to be completed and manufacturers may decide to repair, credit, or deny defects.
