Shipping Policy

At Chuck’s Boots our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders of in-stock items received Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (CST/CDT) are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of your submission. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing orders received outside of normal business hours. Orders coming direct from the manufacturer can vary and generally take a few additional days depending on their policies and lead-time. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods
Standard shipping (7 to 10 business days) is included for all orders over $99 with a shipping address in the continental United States. Orders below $99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at CustomerService@chucksboots.com or 1-888-494-BOOT if you should need expedited shipping.

No international shipping or shipments to the states of Alaska and Hawaii or United States Territories at this time.

United States Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) are not eligible for shipping. Please provide a valid, physical shipping address at checkout.

Shipments around the holiday season may be delayed due to the high volume of shipments at that time of year. Generally, orders received after December 15th are NOT guaranteed to arrive by December 24th.

APO/FPO Shipping Methods
Chuck’s Boots charges a flat-rate shipping cost of $19.99 for all orders shipping to APO/FPO-based addresses. If your order is shipping from multiple warehouses, that rate will be applied on a per-warehouse basis. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail only. Due to expected delays within the Military Mail service, please allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery. For the best rate possible be sure to select United States as your country when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We do not always receive tracking information for APO/FPO shipments. In the event we do receive tracking information, your package will only be traceable until it is received at the military address. PLEASE NOTE: USPS will NOT ship items containing lithium batteries overseas.
